1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video as proof of damage or wrong product delivery.
  • The request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the package is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
  • The video should show the package being opened, the product inside, and any visible damage or defects.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or replaced, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Perishable goods, personalized/customized products, or hygiene-related items.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
  • Products without an unboxing video proof.
  • Requests made after 1 day of receiving the product.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if applicable.

5. Return Shipping & Refunds

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, MRR Shopping will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

6. Replacement Process

  • If eligible, a replacement will be sent within 2 to 3 business days after approval.
  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose between a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
