  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used.
  • Standard delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 2-5 business days
    • Other cities & towns: 3-7 business days
    • Remote areas: 5-10 business days
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the product.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier service delays
    • Strikes or lockdowns
    • High order volume during peak seasons

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within India.
  • Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to logistics constraints. If we cannot deliver to your location, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

6. Address & Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
